Innovation in creative multimedia (essay)
Creativity is the effort to make something exists and is unique, which comes from original thinking does not generally occur in the usual way. Many companies are trying to create a good culture to achieve its vision and mission, one of the many cultures developed by the company is innovative. If we are in one of the many institutions that work culture is an innovative one, then be thankful and that is good news! If there's good news, of course there's the bad news, bad news is that many of us want that culture be realized in a single night!.
In the opinion of many experts, the innovation process is determined more by the form of creativity. So this should be the primary elements of the mainframes of all institutions that wish to develop innovative culture. Begin the process of creativity crucial element is the smallest institution-Human Resources-it is a concrete step, starting with creating the field of creativity at work every day will eventually provide an efficient and maximum results. Disclosure of creative ideas at a forum and provide rewards for creative ideas to improve the effectiveness of assessed work will encourage other creative ideas are more creative of course. May the survivors be personally useful and innovative! As you ponder your goal and determine the best course to achieve it, you will need some creative ways of thinking and facing challenges that will arise. The most creative-thinkers out there will encourage you to think outside your box and to consider even the wildest of ideas.
Creativity also has relation with innovation. As we know, Innovation is Adoption of a practice, process, or a new paradigm by a community - not just a new product or service or the process of adaptation, arrangement or acceleration of the things that already exist with the aim of providing value-added. In creativity, innovation also has bond with motivation . Sample, Someone with natural ability or placed in the right environment may not take advantage of it unless motivated. Intrinsically motivated individuals tend to expend more effort and create more output and synergistic extrinsic motivation better enables a person to complete an endeavour. On the other hand, non-synergistic extrinsic motivation leads to a person feeling controlled and manipulated and is incompatible with intrinsic motivation. Specific motivators such as material reward, progress to the ideal self, self-determination, self-evaluation, feedback, enjoyment, competency expansion, recognition and feasibility can all be quantitatively measured and monitored.
Over time, with all of today's technological progress is the accumulation of human knowledge discovery from the slim until today. This means that the invention is an integral part of human history. discovery is one key factor of social change. Social human beings interacting in a social system to comply with the norms, beliefs, and the prevailing local wisdom in it. Whenever the present invention, the existing social order will have changes. Upon the acceptance of new discovery, then there will be social change, ie, starting from the changes in behavior, both individually, collectively or changes in the social system. And it also has technique to do a litlle things to make that be a big things. Based from that technique, there are three ways technique to make it better such as handmade, natural and machine.
Despite, it also has function and concept to realize that things. For the concept it could be in creative types, and there is common belief that some people just are more creative and certain theorists argue for creativity characteristics such as tolerance of ambiguity and intolerance for conformity. However, traits are notoriously difficult to detect and not stable nor transferable across situations. Also, motivation is thought to be more important than traits – this is similar to possessing high intelligence - one must be motivated to improve and apply it.
innovation needs to be done in dealing with things that are important for a renewal. it will need in doing a review before decisions are made that are considered true. For vocational experience which could relation with fthe function. That experience which results from a natural life-long interest and curiosity in many subjects and experiences.Depth versus Breadth. Can someone with limited knowledge of a field make a significant contribution to it? Does excess knowledge cause blinkered vision? Networks and Collaboration. Importing competencies from networks and collaboration overcomes path dependency and parochialism and allows greater frame breaking. For those experience also has functions, such as various function, simple function, and instant function.

Juxtaposition and Analogy
This week class lecture is about Juxtaposition.
Juxtaposition can be defined as placing two variable, side by side and their contrast or similarity are shown through comparison. Many creative processes rely on juxtaposition. By juxtaposing two objects or words next to each other, human brain will automatically associate or transfer meaning. Usually ‘turning’ something familiar to something less familiar or vice-versa.- Week 5 Task 1- How merge go wrong

Mortar and Pastle
in week 6, we need to think about how the mortar and pestle are going to be in the future.in 2010 maybe mortar and pestle still in its function, but in 2015 mortar and pestle can be used for massage.perhaps it will more effectively work than we use massage machine.
my other opinion is mortar and pestle can be dangerous weapon. or it can be something edible. if we cook one year, then it can be eaten.
mortar and pestle can be something precious. only one man can make that stuff. then It will be very expensive to get. it will be a reason that student can't do their homework, because they must hit the mortar using pestle to make a light. or something crazy, people must use mortar and pestle to pay . Let's say mortar is a coin money, pestle is paper money.

Novelty, Invention, Innovation-Creativity
In this real world, everything is not impossible to be come a real thing. Today in every city something new always displayed in every side of city. Everything needs upgrading and every people like to having a new things and always updated even there is no hard evidence for them. To create something new, we must be creative and have creativity ,because to attract people we must show a new things that everybody never think it before. To invent a new product, every company spend a lot of money to research and create a new one. Inventing something is not easy if we don't have a plan and the evidence for the person, function and security is the number one for every product in the world .In design something new, we need innovation, the different between our product from the others, like Ipad from Apple and HP Slate from Hewlett Packard. There is something different and attract people to buy and using it, without this there will be no more people wants to see your product. If you have a good product and in many years still lead the market , in one time you must be think to upadte your product to make your product still exist and ahve a good prospect to step up into the next step you must do novelty.

Definition of Invention
INVENTORS - Those who take existing knowledge and create new idea.
Invention for me is a highly creative process which is the creation of a new configuration, composition of matter, device, or process. Configuration means that an arrangement of functional units according to their nature, number, and chief characteristics. Often, configuration pertains to the choice of hardware, software, firmware, and documentation. The configuration affects system function and performance.
"There are painters who transform the sun to a yellow spot, but there are others who with the help of their art and their intelligence, transform a yellow spot into the sun" - Pablo Picasso.
Like Steve Jobs who Founded Apple. In 1976, Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne with later funding from a then-semi-retired Intel product-marketing manager and engineer A.C. "Mike" Markkula Jr. founded Apple. Prior to co-founding Apple, Wozniak was an electronics hacker. Jobs and Wozniak had been friends for several years, having met in 1971, when their mutual friend, Bill Fernandez, introduced 21-year-old Wozniak to 16-year-old Jobs. Steve Jobs managed to interest Wozniak in assembling a computer and selling it. As Apple continued to expand, the company began looking for an experienced executive to help manage its expansion. n 1978, Apple recruited Mike Scott from National Semiconductor to serve as CEO for what turned out to be several turbulent years. In 1983, Steve Jobs lured John Sculley away from Pepsi-Cola to serve as Apple's CEO, asking, "Do you want to sell sugar water for the rest of your life, or do you want to come with me and change the world?" The following year, Apple aired a Super Bowl television commercial titled "1984." - Creativity is also defined as the tendency to generate or recognize ideas or possibilities that may be useful in solving problems, communicating with others, and entertaining ourselves and others.

- We can also create a new idea based on the original sources such as text book, magazine and novels.
- Creativity is also has been associated with right or forehead brain activity or even specifically with lateral thinking.
