Overall, The word innovation can be defined as a "process" and or "results" of development and / or utilization / mobilization of knowledge, skills and experience to create or improve products and develop, process, and / or new system, which gives a mean value or significantly and specially in aspect of technique, function, design, concept and technology. So they make decision to develop a thing that they have been created to be able and useful to use by public user to make their life easy.
